Data Deletion

You can delete your Plug My Brain account and all associated data — including any connected social accounts and their access tokens — at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Log in to your Plug My Brain member area and disconnect any connected channels, or
2. Email support@plugmybrain.com from your registered address with the subject "Delete my data".

We remove your account, connected-channel tokens, and stored content within 30 days and confirm by email. Disconnecting a channel immediately revokes and deletes its access token.

Deletion confirmation

When a connected platform (e.g. Meta) submits an automated data-deletion request on your behalf, we process it immediately and issue a confirmation code. You (or the platform) can check status at any time at https://plug.plugmybrain.com/plug/deletion-status/{code}, which shows whether the request is completed or not found.
